Sharon Tuffin is a specialist adviser in strategic communications and social marketing, government relations and stakeholder engagement. With over 12 years experience in the Australian Government and five years consulting, Sharon understands the importance of finding common ground and a solutions-based approach to a policy, regulatory or public awareness challenge. Sharon has a proven track record in achieving results for clients involving the development and implementation of communications strategies, managing relationships and reputation, policy analysis and positioning, thought leadership, grassroots community liaison and advocacy and creative PR. Prior to joining P&P, Sharon managed key government programs and contributed to policy development in the areas of immunisation, organ donation and transplantation, acute care, environmental health and research ethics. Sharon is Vice President of Parentline ACT and a Director of the Alcohol and Drug Foundation ACT Board. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the Australian National University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the La Trobe University.
